There is something called group karma. Karma to you secular folks is simply "What goes around comes around", to you Christians "You reap what you sow.", and to you Wiccans and Pagans, "What ever you send out returns to you threefold."
The ones who threw Christians to the lions most likely were the ones who were burned at the stake. Remember, Rome also crucified Druids. The Romans who participated in these maccabe sports numbered about 9 million, the same number that Wiccans claim were burned at the stake in Midevial Europe.
This is an example of group karma, and we as Wiccans and Pagans no longer practice drunken orgies. Many of us know herbs to heal people, Reki, which is a Japanese art of energy healing and other things. To say this short, we learned our lesson as Wiccans and pagans.
