Marijuana should be legal. Someone should, if they get busted for pot, should take the case all the way to the Supreme Court on Constitutional grounds of states' rights.

alcohol vs marijuana
You know, good alcohol is a great substiute for marijuana. It gets you just as wasted. The best thing about alcohol is that it is legal, unlike marijuana.
