Sure the cops and the courts are part of "Big Brother", but the cops and courts must catch the real criminals and leave the homeless alone.

 Big Brother also helps out the poor.  They provide public housing, food stamps, social security benefits for the disabled and retired.  The help in a lot of ways.

Big Blue Brotherhood

This is a secret society of police officers.  This includes local law enforcement and FBI.  The FBI is known to slow down the networks of political activists illegally.  They often beat up activists on the streets and hararass activists otherwise.
