Some people
Some people with money abuse their power and influence just because they can. I saw Spiderman I, where Peter Parker's uncle lovingly told his nephew great power requires great responsiblility. Some people who know karate (Johnny from the Karate Kid) use martial arts to be a bully. Some people that are smarter than others use that to take advantage of the less intelligent, and some that know more advanced spells take advantage of others just because they can. This is bogus.
