first off, hard drugs should be illegal (LSD and all its variants, cocaine,PCP,ecstacy, heroin, speed | crank | and other chemical drugs. Marijuana should be legal, taxed and regulated. Alcohol should be taxed about the same, and tobacco should be taxed more moderately than it is now. Coffee is of course a food.
