Silver Ravenwolf wrote in a book, "To ride a silver broomstick", on how to break a spell that you cast. 

"Lady and Lord, On the night (or day) of _________________ I cast a spell that _______________.  I ask you to break this spell, and ask particularly for __________________. (I usually asked for compassion or wisdom to never repeat a mistake like this.)  So my will, so mote it be, so be it done)
